I have reached out 3 times to see is there any way of saving my progress before switching to a new phone - no response. I have just gone through the reviews to see that I am not the only person who has a problem with this and to top it off you have been saying since 2022 you are developing a way to enable players to connect to fb to save there data!!! 4 years and still nothing yet all my other games are saved but not BIGCOOL. Very disappointing.....

This app misleads users and don't respect them. Where are the levels where you have to save the girl from the giant snake and other dangers? I have installed the game for this and only see another match-3 game. Also the excessive amount of ads without any reward ruins any game play. Play Jewel Legends instead, it is more fair.

This one has some real originality. Some fresh ideas; more challenging with advancing levels. Became nearly impossible with the given moves eventually, but the map allows us to play any of the earlier levels. No ads unless you choose to increase rewards.
